Your brand shows on invoices, quotes, statements, emails and the online invoice your customers open. The preview at the top shows how it looks as you change it.
How do I add my logo and colour?
- Open SettingsBrand & invoices.
- Under Logo and colour, drop your logo in or click to choose it.
- Pick a Brand colour, or Pick any colour for your own.
- Choose Save brand.
A wide logo on a transparent background looks best. PNG, JPG and WebP all work.
How do customers see my contact details?
Fill in How customers reach you: a Trading name if you trade under another name, plus Email, Phone, Website and your address. They're printed under your name.
How do I set my standard terms?
Type them into Standard terms under On your invoices. They print at the bottom of every invoice, and you can change them on a single invoice too. Tick Show our ABN on invoices to print your ABN.
