How do I connect an app?
- Open SettingsApps & integrations and choose the app.
- Choose the connect button and sign in to the app when it opens.
- Back in Billbook, set the date to post sales from and save.
What do Shopify and Square do?
Each day's orders from Shopify Coming soon or Square Coming soon post as one sale in your books, and refunds come in too, ready to match against the payouts in your bank. Billbook reads totals and tax, not your customers' details.
More than one store?
Your plan includes one connection to each app. Connect another with Pro adds as many as you need, each with its own clearing account.
How do I check a connection is working?
Open the app's page. It shows when it last synced and an Activity list. Choose Sync now to sync straight away. If the badge says Needs attention, choose Reconnect.
How do I disconnect?
Choose Disconnect. Billbook stops syncing and forgets the sign-in, and what's already in your books stays.
