Your plan, allowances and billing
See what your plan includes and how much you've used this month, upgrade, change your card or cancel.
Each business has its own plan. SettingsPlan & billing shows the one you're on, what it includes and how much you've used.
What do I get on Free?
The Free plan is free for as long as you like, within its allowances:
- 10 invoices and quotes a month. Repeating invoices don't count.
- 10 bills a month.
- 1 person signing in.
- 2 AI uses a month, like reading a receipt.
The Pro plan lifts these limits. The cards on the page compare the two.
How do I upgrade?
- Open SettingsPlan & billing.
- On the plan you want, choose Start your free month or the choose button.
- Enter your card with Stripe, the payment service, and confirm.
Only the owner or an admin can change the plan.
How do I change my card, see invoices or cancel?
Choose Manage billing. You can change plan, card or billing details there, download your invoices, or Cancel paid plan.
What happens if I go over an allowance?
Nothing is deleted. You can't add more of that thing until you're back within the allowance, for example when a new month starts, or until you upgrade.
What's free on every plan?
Downloading your data, your accountant's access and the employee app for your staff.
