Not sure what a request means, or have a question about a return before you sign? Ask on the item itself, so the question, the answer and the document stay together.
How do I ask a question?
- Find the item under To do, or open the document you've been asked to sign.
- Choose Question?.
- Write your question and choose Send.
Questions work on documents to sign and on document requests. They're not on transactions in your books.
Where does the reply show?
On the same item, and by email. The bell at the top lets you know when your accountant replies.
Can I just call or email them?
Yes. Open your accountant's page and choose Contact beside their name for their details. Questions about a document or a return are best asked on the item itself, so it's all in one place.
