1. Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website and apps: keyboard access, visible focus, labelled controls, enough colour contrast, light and dark modes, and respecting your reduced-motion setting.
2. Known gaps
- Some PDF documents (such as statements and returns) may not yet be fully accessible.
- Third-party tools we embed, such as our contact form (provided by Tally), may have their own accessibility limits.
