The gist
- Paid plans are month to month, charged by card. GST is included.
- Cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
- Payment didn't go through? We'll let you know and try again. Nothing you've done gets deleted.
This summary helps you read the document. The full text below is what applies.
1. How we charge
Paid plans are charged monthly in advance, by card, through our payments provider (Stripe). Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You get a receipt for every payment.
2. Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
When you upgrade, the new plan starts straight away. Our payments provider may charge a pro-rated amount for the rest of the current month.
When you downgrade or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. You keep what you paid for until then, and you won't be charged again.
Moving to a plan with smaller allowances doesn't delete anything. If you're over a limit on the new plan, what's already there keeps working; you just can't add more of that thing until you're back under it.
3. Extra employees
If your plan includes a number of employees and charges for each extra one, the charge is worked out from the number of employees you actually paid in the previous month, above the number included.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll tell you and try again over the following days. If it still can't be paid, we may move your account to the Free plan. Nothing you've done is deleted, and you can upgrade again at any time.
5. Refunds
Because plans are month to month, we don't refund part months when you cancel or downgrade, unless the law requires it or we've charged you by mistake. If we've charged you wrongly, we'll fix it and refund the difference.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including to a refund for a major failure.
6. Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price rise applies to you, and it won't apply to a month you've already paid for.
