- Store and process it so Billbook works for you and the people you share it with.
- Look at your account only when you ask us for help, to fix a problem, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it.
- Use combined, de-identified numbers (like how many invoices are sent each month) to understand and improve Billbook.
- Use it for AI features you or your practice turn on, as set out in the AI Terms.
4. Your control
Choose who can access your account and what they can do, export your data any time, and close your account when you want. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
