Payroll reports show pay, tax, super and leave across all your people, from posted pay runs.

Where are the payroll reports?

Open PayrollPayroll overview and choose Payroll reports under Go to.

Which reports are there?

  1. Payroll activity: what each person was paid in the period, with tax withheld, deductions and net pay.
  2. Leave balances: hours of leave each person has, As at a date.
  3. By month: posted pay runs by payment month.

By month shows gross wages and tax withheld, the figures your BAS needs for PAYG withholding.

What period does it show?

This financial year, unless you pick other dates. Only pays dated in the period count.
