Why it asks how they'll pay
An invoice can't be approved without at least one way to pay it: bank transfer, PayID, BPAY or your own instructions.
Leave Due date blank to use the customer's payment terms.
No permission to approve? You'll see Submit for approval, and the owner approves it.
How do I send it to my customer?
Open the approved invoice, choose Email, add a note if you like, and Send. They get the PDF and a link to view it online.
How do I record a payment?
Open the invoice, choose Record payment, and pick the account it was Paid into. Part payments are fine.
Matching the payment in your bank statement does the same job.
Can customers pay by card?
Card payments Coming soon are set up in SettingsPayment methods.
How many invoices can I send on the Free plan?
10 invoices and quotes a month. Repeating invoices don't count, and the Pro plan has no limit.
